The Stair-Robot SR Large Screen Transporter is designed to safely and effortlessly move large screens up stairs and mount them securely to the wall.

The Stair Robot is very friendly to the environment because of the rubber tracks. While using the Stair Robot, no hard parts come into contact with the stairs, so that the stairs are not damaged.

The Stair Robot Large Screen Transporter comes with a number of tools; the set-up castor wheels, the frame to fix the screen and a ramp for the stairs.

MOVEMENT

The Stair Robot Express is equipped with rubber tracks so that no damage is caused to the stairs during use. The tracks are powered by a powerful electric motor that gets its energy from a battery.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SR-Large Screen Transporter

The Stair Robot Large Screen Transporter is specially designed for a supplier of large screens up to 90 inches. This Stair Robot was developed in collaboration with the assembly department of this company. The mechanics not only benefit from the Stair Robot for transporting the screens over the stairs, but also from a solution for moving the screens over the flat floor.

AATA International B.V. has designed a solution for this. The climbing unit with the tracks can be retracted so far that the wheels can be used when the Stair Robot is flat on the floor. By placing removable castors at the front, it is possible to move the Stair Robot Large Screen Transporter horizontally. A platform is created which makes it very easy to move the Stair Robot with a load on a floor without requiring much physical effort.

In order to be able to use the Stair Robot during the mounting of the screen on the wall, we have mounted a lift system on which a mounting frame can be placed with which the screen is fixed. In this way the screen can be mounted to the brackets on the wall without physical effort and in a safe manner.

TRANSPORTATION OF THE stair robot

The Stairrobot is made to carry material and not to be carried. The Stair Robot does not need to be lifted; it is possible to load the Stair Robot in and out of the car using the tracks without causing any damage to the car.
